Robert E. Dintaman Esq. is the owner and founder of The RED Law Firm, LLC., STOP on RED ™. Robert's priority & focus is driven by seeking quality results through client-focused legal representation. Robert is a lawyer with 21 years of legal experience, handling a wide variety of legal matters, both criminal and civil. Born in Mansfield, Ohio, raised with a blue collar background, Robert uses that small-town grit and determination to seek the best possible outcomes for his firms' clients. Robert holds a law degree from the University of Akron School of Law, and an undergraduate degree from Ohio University.

Obtained settlement in personal injury case of a minor that involved negligence, wrongful hiring and supervision of employees (James E. Johnson, III, et al. vs. Gospel Baptist Church, et al, 04 CV 0215, Crawford County)
Obtained settlement in toxic tort/complex litigation case involving lead exposure of two minor children, negligence, product liability and toxic exposure issues (Garlin Farris, et al. vs. Lawrence Borosh, et al., 2005 CV 577277, Cuyahoga County)
Served as advisory legal counsel for Condominium Board Directors involving issues of contracts, civil litigation, business development and planning; reviewed, drafted and interpreted various Condominium Declarations, bylaws, rules and regulations.
State of Ohio vs. Brandon Fraizer, CR-17-CR-621629. Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Trial, involved rape, gross sexual imposition charges, level F-1, and other level felonies.
Appellate counsel State of Ohio v. Mathew Adkins, 19 CA 107837. Appeals of Murder Conviction and various other felonies, oral hearing pending.
Served as General Counsel to Digital Health Care, Inc., Valley View, OH, 2007-2009. Supervised all litigation matters, including commercial litigation, breach of contract, breach of a non-compete agreement, and defamation issues (07 CV 618822 Glenn Harouff vs. Digital Healthcare, Inc., et al., Cuyahoga County); acted as advisory counsel in business development and planning.
Served as General Counsel for Edgewater Towers Condominium Association, Lakewood, OH 2008-2009.
State of Ohio vs. Kyle Johnson, 2018 CR 635675. Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Trial, involved murder, felonious assault charges, level F-1, and F-2. Assisted on the appellate brief filed in the 8th district.
