When you contact us or subscribe to our educational newsletters, our opt-in signup forms ask for and collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal code, country, and firm size. We keep your information private within our company servers.
We do not sell our contracts, subscriber, or lists. We do not share or sell any of your personally identifiable information to third parties.
When you opt-in to receive or download materials from RED Law Firm, LLC. (such as online Newsletters, checklists, white papers or guides) our website leaves a cookie on your browser to ensure that you have unlimited access to all RED Law Firm, LLC. downloads. If you clear your browser of cookies, your access to the downloads will disappear until you opt-in again and another cookie is added to your browser.
Information collected when you contact or register with us is kept confidential and private, and not available to third parties. RED Law Firm, LLC. does not store or have access to the personal payment information or credit cards processed through the firm. RED Law Firm, LLC. makes it a policy to regularly purge payment information. We only store payment information at the request of the client.

We are a U.S.-based company. Removing your information
